New Drop-Off Procedures | COO.Office@gisthailand.org
Thank you parents for your help as we began new drop-off procedures last week. Please remember to arrive on campus after 7:45 on M/T/Th/F and 9:15 on Wed to drop off your children. If you do come before then, you will have to wait outside our parking lot until we open the gate.

*Staff can continue to enter the parking lot before 7:45 on M/T/Th/F and 9:15 on Wed.

The google registration form will be sent out on January 4th, 2023. Please make sure to fill out the form even if your child/children will not be returning for the next school year. If you have any questions, please contact registrar@gisthailand.org.

Medical records required for Re-enrollment are as follows:
- Student Physical Examination Form within 3 months of the examination date.Here
- The TB skin test or QFT is required every 3 years. TB skin test result form.

You will receive an email reminder if your children are due for TB testing this year.

If your children have life-threatening allergies, Asthma, or other Health accommodation needs. Please have your physician review the action plans at the same time as their physical examination.

The school’s 2023 desktop calendar is out! Each staff and family at Grace will receive one free calendar on December 13, 2022. Extra calendars are available to order for 100 Baht on a first come first serve basis. If you wish to order more calendars, please place your order in this form. The vendor spaces for the yard sale on January 14th, 2023 are now full. We will consider opening for extra spaces but we will not provide a tent for the extra spaces, you can bring your own tent or big umbrellas for shades. Tuesday, December 13, at 8:30 am, in lieu of our regular chapel service, our classes will be celebrating the season with a Christmas program for parents. Please plan to join us as we celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ.

During the month of December, elementary students will be allowed (and are encouraged to) come to school wearing Christmas hats, glasses, headbands, and socks. Normal school uniforms will be required with these Christmas accessories. We will have a Christmas dress-up day on Friday, December 16. Join us in celebrating the Christmas season!

During the morning of Friday, December 16, elementary will be having our annual Christmas Festival with fun activities and games for our students. This is always a memorable day for our students but we can’t do it without your help. We need parents to help at different stations and to walk students from place to place. Join the JINGLE JANGLE JAMBOREE!!, Dec. 16 — 12:15-1:15pm

We’re excited to announce the return of a long-time GIS tradition: an end-of-semester Christmas chapel celebration! The Jingle Jangle Jamboree will be AFTER the official school day ends, from 12:15-1:15pm in our cafeteria. However, if G7-12 students, parents, alumni and staff want to participate, you must reserve your spot HERE to attend. Students who sign up will be able to eat lunch (please bring 60 baht) in the cafeteria and reserve songtaow transportation (as needed for students–60 baht) for travel home after our Christmas celebration.
