Health Office | email@example.com
Uniforms needed: If you have extra uniforms to give away (especially elementary sizes), please consider donating to the nurses. We keep them on hand for students that need a change of clothes during the day and we are running low. If your student has not returned borrowed clothes, please send them our way. Thank you!
Masks!: Please help us by sending your student to school with their own mask. We are giving away many throughout the day. We would prefer to keep them available as needed and not have to begin charging a fee. Thank you for your understanding!
Elementary Library Announcement | firstname.lastname@example.org
The Elementary Library will be CLOSED on September, Thursday 15th – Friday 16th. We will be open again on Monday the 19th.
Elementary After School Clubs | email@example.com
Elementary After School Clubs (3rd – 6th grades only) are scheduled to begin on Thursday, September 22. We will NOT be doing electronic sign-ups this year. Permission slips were sent home last week explaining what clubs are being offered this semester and instructions on how to sign up. The last day for permission slips to be turned in to the elementary office is Wednesday, September 14. Club members will be posted in the atrium on September 19 and parents will receive an email
Elem. Parent Teacher Conferences Important Information | firstname.lastname@example.org
Sign-ups for Elementary Parent Teacher Conferences on Thursday, September 15 and Friday, September 16 will close tonight at midnight.
If you have not already done so and would like to meet with your child’s teacher, please click on one of the tutorial links below for instructions to get logged in and start scheduling appointments today: English Instructions , Korean Instructions
TRANSLATOR: If you would like to have a translator present at your Parent Teacher Conference and CANNOT provide one yourself, please contact the teacher as soon as possible so that one can be made available. Our resources are limited so if you could provide a translator of your own, that would be helpful.
CHILDCARE: We will have supervised activities for students that need to come along with their parents while parents are meeting with teachers. Pre-school age children will stay with parents during their scheduled parent/teacher conference. Due to our limited resources, we do not have the capacity to watch all elementary children during this time. If you have another option for childcare, we encourage you to take advantage of that opportunity.
