The google registration form will be sent out on January 4th, 2023. Please make sure to fill out the form even if your child/children will not be returning for the next school year. If you have any questions, please contact registrar@gisthailand.org.

Medical records required for Re-enrollment are as follows:

Student Physical Examination Form within 3 months of the examination date.Here
The TB skin test or QFT is required every 3 years. TB skin test result form.

You will receive an email reminder if your children are due for TB testing this year.

If your children have life-threatening allergies, Asthma, or other Health accommodation needs. Please have your physician review the action plans at the same time as their physical examination.

Please note that vaccination must be up-to-date at the time of re-enrollment.
Please return the completed forms to Health Services via email or hard copy by January 31st.

Tailors Services | khongjirakul@gisthailand.org
On the first day of school on Wednesday, January, 4th, 2023, there will be a few tailors available to provide the service at GIS as well as a vendor who will be selling new items of the uniform bottom (skirts & pants). They will be located by the stairwells, first floor, Admin building from 9-10 a.m.

During the morning of Friday, December 16, elementary will be having our annual Christmas Festival with fun activities for our students. This is always a memorable day but we can’t do it without your help. A big thank you to the parents that have already volunteered to help. If you are interested in helping and haven’t contacted the elementary office, please do so as soon as possible. Thank you!

Christmas Dress-Up Day | elementary.office@gisthailand.org
Students are encouraged to dress-up Christmas-y on Friday, December 16, 2022. Whatever that looks like to them – they can wear red and/or green, dress up like an elf or even in their fancy Christmas clothes. If they choose not to dress-up at all, their normal GIS school uniform will be required.

December 13-16 will have a different bell schedule due to Finals for Grades 9-12 and Block Classes for Grades 7-8.

If Grade 9-12 students are on campus, but not taking a final (due to transportation), there will be a designated study hall room (Classroom S126).

SPIRITUAL LIFE

Save the Dates! We’re super-excited for our week-long series of meetings and activities for G7-12 students during Elevation Week ‘22-’23 from Jan. 9-13, 2023. This annual event hosted by the Spiritual Life Office features special speakers (TBA soon!), worship times and spiritual experiences to invite students into a deeper walk with Jesus. We’ll have morning assemblies during the school day and optional evening gatherings as well as a great after-school event on Weds. Jan. 11. More details coming soon!
