GIS Alert group in LINE App – Sign Up
Grace International School uses the Line application to send information to the staff and community that is considered critical and needs to be communicated quickly. The official GIS Facebook page and email are other means of communication the school will use to communicate in a crisis/ emergency, but the Line app is likely to be used to ‘quickly get the word out’. Teachers will have weekly checklists posted in their Google Classrooms by 9am this morning. The first required live event is Advisory Groups @ 11am today! Attendance will be taken.

Attendance will be taken by teachers in required live instruction times and Advisory. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to report an absence during CL and on campus classes. Normal attendance maximums of 15 points per semester apply, see PSMO Handbook for more info on attendance.
Requesting a Schedule Change | email@example.com
Due to this year beginning with Continuous Learning off campus, you may request a schedule correction for the first eight school days of the semester only by using this online Schedule Correction Form. You will be notified by email within three school days of your request that the process has been completed. Email requests will not be considered.
If you make a schedule correction request between August 16-25, you will still be accountable for completing the first week’s Continuous Learning Weekly Checklist; it is your responsibility to request the Weekly Checklist from the teacher of the new class you have added.
PSMO Handbook & Signed Agreements | firstname.lastname@example.org
Friday, at Material Pickup, all students were given the 2021-22 PMSO Handbook Agreement Form. We encourage all students and parents to read this important document and pay special attention to changes made which are in BLUE. The paper Agreement Form should be completed by both parents and students, including the parent witnessing the student sign, and returned at EITHER the next material pick up day OR the first day of on campus classes.
