The AQI Alerts | nurse@gisthailand.org
The air quality in Chiang Mai has been quite poor this week. Grace International School has an air quality monitor on campus, you can view the reading here.  There are policies and procedures in place to guide staff and teachers as they work to keep your kids safe and to limit their exposure to harmful air pollution.

You can view the chart used at GIS here

Parents who have children with environmental allergies or asthma problems.  Please make sure your child has the needed medications and/or inhaler in the nurse’s office. A face mask N95 or N99 rating can help reduce your child’s exposure to the PM10 & PM 2.5 particles when outdoors.
