3rd – 6th grade MAP Assessment results will be available to parents during the Music Showcase (Tuesday, May 24) in the cafeteria. Results that are not picked up during the showcase, will be available in the elementary office that last week of school. Students are not allowed to pick up the Assessment results, they will only be released to parents.

Elementary Yearbooks will be available for purchase in the elementary office beginning May 17 until the last day of school. There will also be a table for yearbook sales at the Music Showcase on May 24. The cost is 400 baht, please be prepared to pay with exact change, if possible. If you’d like to purchase a copy but will be out of the country during this time, please contact the office.

During the week of May 23-27, some Grade 8 students and students in Grade 9-12 will have cumulative final exams. Students in Grade 7&8 will follow the same block schedule on the Secondary Calendar. Please note the start and end times for each morning. Students will not be on campus in the afternoon and lunch will not be served during that week. During a free period in the morning, students may be in the Library or go to Genesis Cafe for the 90 minute period. If a student is at Genesis Cafe, a purchase is expected.

On Monday, May 23rd, the 2022 GIS Secondary (7-12) Yearbooks will be available for pickup or purchase after the awards ceremony. If you pre-ordered/paid for a yearbook, you can simply pick up your book. If you would like to purchase a book but did not pre-order, a limited supply will be available for 1500 thb paid in cash. Since the awards ceremony is not open to parents this year, please be sure to send cash to school with your student.

Friends and family of varsity athletes, we invite you to come join us for our first IN PERSON Sports Award in three years!! We will be celebrating our different sports seasons, athletes and seniors.
The ceremony will be held in the GIS cafeteria and will begin at 7:00pm (so please plan to show up a little earlier). Unfortunately, there will be no food or drinks (except water) so eat beforehand. Dress code is semi-formal (please see handbook for guidelines).
