Parents, we wanted you to be aware that we WILL have school on September 4 and September 7, per the recommendation of our Thai School Director, Ajarn Jintana. Thai staff will be given substitute holidays later this semester.

If you’re new to GIS, be sure to check out the following social media outlets and subscribe.
- GIS Community Facebook is a private group for anyone connected to Grace. You will need to answer a few verification questions to be added to the group. The primary purpose of the group is to connect with one another for announcements, recommendations, community news, buy/sell, and etc. This group is not the primary outlet of official Grace news. For questions related to school functions and procedures, please contact the appropriate offices or email info@gisthailand.org.
- GIS Staff Facebook is a private group for current staff of Grace.
- Grace Athletics is a moderated private group for announcements and news. You can also check out their website for complete information.
- Gisthailand Instagram is the official Instagram account for Grace.
ELEMENTARY

Elementary Chapel is every other week on Tuesdays. Normally we invite all parents to come and join in our time of worship and learning about God, unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions and social distancing requirements, we cannot accommodate parents during chapel at this time.

If you reserved a 2019-2020 Elementary Yearbook, feel free to pick it up in the elementary office or send 360 baht with your child to pick it up. A few unreserved copies are available for 400 baht.
SECONDARY

In Ms. Randolph’s August 5 email, a link was included for families new to the GIS Secondary (new to GIS and rising grade 7) with an introduction to the 1:1 Chromebook Program. Please check your email to find out more. Forms need to be completed in order to obtain a required Chromebook.

Attention all Advanced Placement Students & Parents | counselor@gisthailand.org
Starting in 2019, the AP® Program introduced new resources and processes designed to help students earn college credit and placement. REQUIRED – all AP students need to sign up for an online College Board account. All College Board programs are connected through one account, so if your student created one for AP courses last year or the SAT®, they’re all set. They’ll just need to have their username and password available. Learn more at parents.collegeboard.org.
Student Schedule Correction Deadline | scheduling@gisthailand.org
Students may request a schedule correction for the first eight days of a new semester only; after the eighth day, schedule corrections are rarely granted and result in a Withdraw grade on the transcript. Students may pick up a copy of the Schedule Correction Form: First Eight Days in the Secondary Office or print and complete this form, Schedule Correction Form: First Eight Days, to make a request. You must obtain all of the *signatures required on this form before you turn it into the Secondary Office.
