Do you enjoy planning small events and would like to use these skills to bless the GIS community?
The Parent Staff Community (PSC) of Grace International School exists to foster healthy communication between parents and staff, facilitate community amongst GIS families, and to encourage staff and show gratitude for all they do.
In an effort to accomplish this, the PSC is excited to hear from anyone who would like to be on a team that is energized to help with 1-2 small events per year.

Motorcycle Traffic Flow | info@gisthailand.org
Our operations and facilities teams are in the process of changing the direction motorcycles leave campus/after school. Beginning immediately, motorcycles will follow the U-shaped road with the rest of the traffic, pass the guardhouse, and exit close to the Songthaew parking lot.
To those who ride a motorcycle: please make sure to exit the motorcycle lot following the U-shaped road, instead of going out the same way you enter the motorcycle lot. Also, please help encourage others to do the same.
Thank you for helping us improve safety and avoid the chance of collisions.

A week has flown by and we’re so proud of how all our kids handled the photo sessions. Here are a few dates to keep in mind concerning the photos:
- U Smile to send the order forms: 23 September 2020
- Grace to receive: 24 September 2020
- Collection of orders (U Smile Team): 1-2 October 2020 (7:00-16:00)
- Delivery of finished products from Bangkok: 20 October 2020
- Grace to receive the parcels: 21 October 2020

SECONDARY
New MOTORBIKE Exit | secondary.office@gisthailand.org
Please see these slides to see what the new traffic flow patterns are as implemented by the Facilities Division. Parents, this is a good opportunity to review motorbike rules and safety with your driver including safe speed limits while exiting the GIS Campus. Thank you!

Starting this week, the new Secondary staff are transitioning into classes. Look for an email from them for classes that they will be teaching. Please welcome Mr. Reed as he joins the Physical Education Team!
Reminder: Grade Check | secondary.office@gisthailand.org
Grade check will be on September 24th. This grade check will determine academic eligibility for Secondary students who are participating in extracurricular activities, such as athletics and after school activities. Please see the PSMO Handbook for more information.

Welcome to the Jungle! TIGER PRIDE WEEK is BACK! From September 28th to October 2nd, dress up everyday according to the theme to show-off your tiger pride and school spirit! There will be entertaining games and polaroids sold at lunch!
Monday: Cheetah vs Zebra (Polka Dot vs Stripes)–dress up either with polka dots or stripes!
Tuesday: Ugly Duckling Day (Mix-n-match)–dress up by mismatching different clothes!
Wednesday: Wolf Pack (Group Day)–dress up as a group with your friends!
Thursday: GOAT (Greatest of All Time)-dress up as your hero or a person you admire!
Friday: Tigers (school colors)-Dress up in school colors(yellow and blue) or in your sports jerseys!
Remember, GIS dress code still applies!
