Elevation Week | email@example.com
It’s Elevation Week in Secondary! This week, Bryan Greenwood will be sharing during our morning and evening sessions on what it looks like to live a life with God. You can check out a schedule of the evening events HERE. Parents are welcome to join our evening sessions (except for Friday evening). If your student is planning on joining our Astro Day Event (Wed.) and/or our Friday Feast, students must RSVP by noon on Monday, March 29th. Due to CMT requirements, numbers for the Friday Feast will be limited. The link is your student’s GIS email. Please join us in prayer that the Lord would use this week in a significant way in the lives of our Secondary students!
Elevation Week Transportation | firstname.lastname@example.org
We encourage our parents to consider arranging carpooling for students to attend evening sessions for the week, but there will be songtaow transportation available to and from Sojo’s in Worldclubland. Evening songtaow transportation will be exclusively arranged by Worldclub Transport (thanks, Kelly Shaw!). To arrange for your student’s transport to our evening sessions, please email email@example.com. Cost will be 30 baht each way and every student must be registered in advance. Songtaows will depart from Sojo’s each evening (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) at 6:30pm.
Assembly Schedule: Elevation Week |firstname.lastname@example.org We will be running an assembly schedule during Elevation week from March 29 to April 2. The rotation and order of the classes for each day will remain the same. 5 minutes will be subtracted from each class to create the Assembly time at the beginning of the day. Students will be expected to show up for Homeroom first for attendance at 8:10 for 5 minutes and then head directly to the Cafeteria for the morning assembly. Wednesday, March 31 will have a regular C-day schedule, with not Assembly. We will post signs all over the school during this week. The bells will reflect this modified schedule during this week.
