If you would like your 12-18 year old student to get a Pfizer vaccine, please complete this Google form. HDE students 12+ years old should complete this Google form. We are not currently aware of any opportunities for students under age 12 to get vaccinated. We will let you know when opportunities become available.

Class Parents and Treasurer Needed | PSC
You may have wondered how to get more connected to other families and the school. PSC has opportunities for you! We’re partnering with Grace to launch Elementary Room Parents for each grade! The Elementary Room Parent serves as the classroom liaison between the teachers and the other classroom parents with the goal of helping to build and strengthen the community.  Another opportunity that is a crucial need for the PSC is Treasurer. This is not a laborious position and will serve as a vital connection between PSC and the GIS financial office. SECONDARY

PSAT 8 Testing: Friday, December 10<–is happening! | counselor@gisthailand.org
Grade 8 parents: On Friday, December 10 we will be proctoring the PSAT 8 test in the GIS Cafeteria–we have received all necessary permissions! 

When: Friday, 10 December @8:30am -12:30pm
Where: GIS Cafeteria

We understand that this is a No School day; but have found the best attendance for PSAT testing is having it on a NO school day. Testing will begin at 8:30 AM on that day, and we anticipate testing will be finished by 12:30 PM. An updated email was sent to parents last week with this information and resources.

Graduation Caps and Gowns Pick up and Pictures | secondary.office@gisthailand.org
Attention Grade-12-student parents! Caps and gowns are here. Pick up and pictures will be taken on Wednesday morning. Pictures will be taken individually and be used to create the class picture. Please note that parents will not be allowed on campus. Details as follows:

• Who: Full time Grade 12 students
• When: Wednesday, 8 December
• Time:     –   Letter of last name A – K @ 9:00-9:59am
                  –   Letter of last name L – Z @ 10:00-11:00am
• Location: GIS Secondary Office
• Rental Fee Due: 500 Baht <–nonrefundable, required or NO grad picture
• What to wear: Normal clothing..the rental gown goes over the student’s clothing to take a picture.

11th-grade students and parents: The December 17, 8:00 AM deadline to have your application, supporting teacher recommendations, and parents’ financial information submitted is Friday, which is less than 10 days. Please remember that you are to give your recommenders at least one week from the time you submitted your application to complete their recommendations for you.
